Despite impressive economic growth and rapid development in Viet Nam, social exclusion and growing disparities among various population groups are increasing. Community leaders have acknowledged the need for improved social and health services. Through this project IOM intends to strengthen the economic status of marginalized, vulnerable populations of the Central Highlands by improving community resilience to absorb economic and social shock, and increasing youth opportunities and involvement.
