Welcome to the Australian Visa Application Centres operated by the International Organization for Migration (IOM) Vietnam
Australian Visa applicants wanting to lodge their applications should visit the relevant Australian Visa Application Centre operated by IOM:
- PDD Building, 162 Pasteur, 8th Floor, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City.
(For residents of Danang and south of Danang) - DMC Building 7th Floor, 535 Kim Ma Street, Ba Dinh District, Hanoi.
(For residents north of Danang)
The visa application centres in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi have been opened to better serve the growing numbers of people in Vietnam wanting to travel to Australia. The centres provide applicants with air-conditioned waiting areas and include amenities such as:
- ADSL Internet access workstations for completing forms electronically and filing ETA's on-line;
- up-to-date Australian application forms and booklets and other general information on migrating to Australia;
- as well as extended working hours and international service standards.
- Mobile telephone, SMS text messaging service to inform applicants when documentation has been returned to the centre from the Consulate and is ready for applicant pick-up.
For the applicants' convenience, hours are as follows:
Monday through Friday, 800-1200 and 1300-1700.
IOM handles the lodgment of applications, the receipt of the visa application charge (VAC) and IOM service fee and provides related forms and booklets, checklists, and other important information related to applying for an Australian visa.
